Week 3 Already!

I can't believe we're already done with week #3 in 2nd Grade!!!  What a fun start to the school year.  The schedule is set and now we're on a roll with all of our learning.  We are continuing to practice math facts within 20, but will quickly be jumping into math facts within 100!!! This means double-digit addition starting soon!!  Some of the math that you will see may look a little differently than the math we did in school.  If you are ever confused about some strategies that you see, feel free to come talk with me or go to www.engageny.org to actually see what is being taught to your child.  Our fundraiser is doing AMAZING!!!  Please remember that all packets and $ are due on Thursday, September 18.  Thursday is also Open House!  Please come see all the things that we have been doing and get information on the things that will be happening.  See you soon!
