Time Flies When You're Having Fun!

Time has sure flown by and I can't believe it is almost October!  We have a lot of fun things planned in October!  One thing is the Book It program through Pizza Hut.  Please make sure to sign the appropriate box on your kiddos homework showing that they have been reading at least 20 minutes a day.  I will be going off of the homework to award pizza certificates for kiddos.  Another thing that will be starting is TRACK.  This happens at the end of the day and students will be moving around to other teachers to practice skills at their appropriate level.  Please look for a letter coming home to give more information about this!  We are also starting a new Module in math that deals with measuring.  We will be talking about centimeters and inches and how to measure things using the appropriate tools.
